The hotel area was fairly clean, the room was big size. Very-very nice and amicable staff gave advice on things to do. The room I booked was updated and clean and available with housekeeping. It exceeded high expectations.

The room was surprisingly updated and clean, a pleasant surprise considering the condition of the rest of the facility. The price for the room was reasonable and offered great value. Additionally, the staff accommodated my requests to park my motorcycle near the office and provided a facility for me to wash my bike, which was a convenient and thoughtful service.

My experience was marred by the rude behavior of the housekeeping staff and the evening front desk attendant. Moreover, there seemed to be inconsistency in the hotel's policies, as they suddenly did not allow cats despite advertising that they allowed pets.
