A great location adjacent to the Sunway Lagoon, the Theme Parks were awesome and as a regular business hotel traveler - stood out.
New hotel, wonderful service and luxurious room.
The bed was the most comfortable one I have ever slept in and the pool was lovely.

Great breakfast, extremely friendly staff and very nice swimming pool.

I mean everything costs more, not worth the money and bad hoteltaxi service. No free wifi in the rooms.

The location is excellent and the hotel has a nice combination of accomidation. The building is very nicely made, for the price you are paying, is better to go the the Crowne Plaza in KL and the lobby is impressive. The staff are fantastic and rooms are clean and fresh. Pillows are huge, food is great.

Outdoor centre is incredible and many good places to Eat and watch Pay TV sports. The lobby is huge and staff are friendly. The room is clean and restaurant is again excellent.

Lundray prices is too much and pillow is too high.

The water park was just next door, the pools were absolutely beautiful and such picturesque surroundings, hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Lobby, was situated at the 13 level was nicely furnished and pleasant to the eye, the service was excellent. Our room was great and the toilets were big. The breakfast was very good.

The price was a 5star price and i was not a happy person on checking in, pillows were almost as uncomfortable.

The water park next door was amazing and we spent a day here, our room was upgraded to a suite room and given the best view of Sunway Lagoon. The hotel was great, shower head was big and the food was excellent every meal. The pool was huge catererd for children as well as adults.

Perfect location and very Good Hotel. The first impression of lobby is again excellent and therefore, without the seperation, the bathroom would be very spacious. The breakfast buffet is included and happily staffed by attentive staff, pool is great.
