  The location is fantastic and taxi fare abit expensive. The hotel is great and for the price we paid, I think we definitely deserved better. Near by penang island, as a rest point, the reception is friendly and the room rates are quite reasonable.

  Convenient after a long drive, nice walking distance to the main streets and the location is good and there are a lot of pubs. The hotel staff are friendly and very helpful, room decoration look fantastic, at least the water pressure is decent. Breakfast at the coffeehouse is acceptable.

  Nice location and great stay. Decent price, room and internal decoration were under my expectation, the staff were very friendly and attentive. The food was pretty good.

  Comfortable 1 night stay and great laundry service. Free internet is good, the sofa at the living hall is nice and food is tasty and the staff there are attentive and friendly.
