Sunswept Beach Hotel Saint James

A fantastic location right on the beach, this hotel cannot be better located and the staff are friendly and helpful.

Its location is truly unbeatable as is located in the most exclusive resort on the island, the hotel is great for all and the staff are all very friendly.

The location of this hotel is ideally placed right in the heart of Holetown close to all the local amenties.

On the other side of the hotel you have a really nice shopping mall with a large supermarket, and taxi rank, and just along the road there is an attractive chattel house shopping village, all on a main bus route.

It is central to Holetown with a Mall across the street with a grocery store that has every amentity possible,close to a medical clinic and right on the bus route.

The bed was huge, the air con effective, and a small but clean bathroom.

After 30 mins looking at the size of the bed the brand new air conditioning and the situation of the place e.

Staff were very nice and the bed was huge.

We stayed here for 5 nights as they were fully booked for any more nights,we loved it ,its a little tired but wonderful people rooms cleaned and fresh towels every day.

The place itself is a little tired and could do with some work, especially the bathrooms and the furniture.

The restaurant and bar next door, which has a serving area into the hotel garden, called Cocomos is excellenl.

Right beside the hotel is the famed Cocomos restaurant/bar and it offers a fabulous spot to sit and watch the sunset.

However this Hotel is right in the centre of Holetown and only a few minutes walk from restaurants a supermarket and shops,including a very good Pizza place where you can sit on the verrandah or take - away.

It is right on the beach with water sports next door, there is a pool, shops, bars and restaurants on the door step.

The hotel is fabulously located in the centre of Holetown; the supermarket, bank, post office, designer shops, Sandy Lane and the many renowned restaurants (The Cliff, Daphnes) are all located within a stones throw away.

Whilst the decor is simple and the staff are fantastic.

Her very professional staff, a decent sized private balcony and fresh towels every day.

Just past the small garden and pool is the spectacular beach, very calm and safe for all - great for snorkelling where a miriad of colourful fish can be seen.

3 ft from the pool across from the pool lounging area then straight onto the beach - perfect.

If i had to be critical, the pool is a bit small but who needs it with the sea right on your doorstep.

It is now the sister hotel of Mango Bay (just a few steps to the north on the beach) and the positive influence is quite clear in the bathroom and kitchenette which was new and clean.

The rooms are clean and bar is also excellent.

The rooms look as if they have recently been painted and are very clean and comfortable.

The rooms are clean and the kitchenette is quite well equipped.

Rooms are basic but clean and every one offers a sea view.
