Our stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible! From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were greeted with warm smiles and EXCELLENT service. The staff took the time to explain all the details about the room facilities and even surprised us with a welcome note and a basket of delicious sweets and local treats. The spacious and clean room was filled with natural light and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast selection at the restaurant was out of this world and the waiters were attentive and made sure we had everything we needed. The spa area was a highlight of our stay, with the Cretan traditional massage being a truly unique experience. The hotel bar was the perfect spot for some fun and the mini bus that transported us to downtown clubs made for an unforgettable night. We can't thank the management and staff enough for making our stay so enjoyable. This is the perfect place for couples looking for a fantastic getaway. The food is top-notch, with a wide variety of traditional dishes and an impressive view of the sea. The multiple swimming pools, including the Jacuzzi under the palm trees, gave us a taste of paradise. The staff was incredibly helpful and made our stay even more memorable. The hotel is located on a hill, which gives a lovely view. It is not far from the beach, and there's a pirate ship and a train round the villages. The rooms have a verandah and balcony, and the staff is polite and friendly. Breakfast has a great choice, and there are plenty to eat. The resort has a 'villagy' feel to it, and it is relaxing.

The living room in our room could have been more comfortable with a couch. Sitting on the beds to relax wasn't ideal.

Just returned from a lovely vacation at this hotel. The food was delicious and always fresh, with plenty of variety. The pool area was great, with plenty of loungers and a beautiful view of the sea. The shuttle service to the beach was also very convenient. The staff were friendly, always smiling, and ready to assist us.

The room was a bit small with limited window space. The entertainment could be improved, but we mainly came here to relax so it didn't bother us too much.

If you're looking for a decent hotel with great views, this place is for you. The location is perfect - situated on top of a hill which gives you an amazing view of both the town and the sea. The food was pretty decent, and we appreciated the all-inclusive package that offered local drinks. Plus, we had access to kitchen appliances which was a huge plus.
