The luxury and exclusive amenities at this hotel are exceptional. The staff provides exceptional service and the swimming pool is a great place to relax. The health club and ballroom are perfect for those who want to stay active and socialize with other guests. The room advantages, including the private facilities, are excellent. The outdoor dining area offers amazing views of the city and the restaurant and bar/lounge area is perfect for fine dining and cocktails. The location is perfect, offering great access to local attractions and transportation.

Our only minor issue was that the hotel's night club was closed during our stay. However, this did not detract from our experience at this amazing venue.

The hotel truly refects the real 5 stars hotel status, the staff are professional in their job. We experienced the excellent service from every aspect from the bell boys to the counter staff to the servicing staff. Congratulations for such a well done job. The room was decorated elegantly,was clean, was comfortable and was well price. The food was excellent, and they were willing to cook any dishes if not listed on the extensive menu. our group of 10 arrived around 10.40 PM from Australia, every one was tired and was hungry, the retaurants were all closed, but Carol without hesitation, happily opened up the retaurant just for us and ordered the Chief to cook us supper. isn't that wonderful?

A 5 stars hotel without room services, only limited choose. Staff was poor and very poor management.
