If you plan to spend time shopping, this hotel in the Sunshine City mall is a great place to stay. You will also be close to Otome Road and its manga shops. This massive hotel has 1,166 sleeping rooms with a European American décor. The sleeping rooms are on the small side, but if you are planning to spend your time being out and about that shouldn’t be a problem for you.

Fast food joints en route to the station etc and location as long as you are comfortable.
Moreover all the staff is very polite and kind.
Location: is a good 20 minute walk away from the subway and getting food is so convenient as the hotel is part of Sunshine City.

Great location great service and near train station. Definitely a comfortable stay, cheap Price and for breakfast, there’s a large buffet in the lobby restaurant. We wandered the streets at night and was good, the staff were very kind and helpful, the room seems like was last renovated 20+ yrs ago.

Comfortable and in good location, crowded shopping streets on footwalk to main Ikebukuro Station. The hotel is really big and the staff are friendly and pleasant. Our room is very clean.
