  We really liked this place, very pleasant staff and one in the bathroom and one near the desserts on the buffet. The Chinese restaurant wasn't bad, bars Great choice of drinks and service was excellent, the pools were good and clean.

  Great family hotel and the reception staff very helpful. Our room was always clean and the Chinese restaurant was very good.

  Pool 3.57 lazy river was off the hook, toilet also wobbled sat on and the lock on the door was broken.

  Nice atmosphere and great staff. The room was clean and the buffet was very good as were the specialty restaurants.

  The rooms were clean and comfortable, and that was enough, the Chinese resteraunt was very nice and the food was good. The pools were great and the activities were great.

  Plently of room on the 3 beaches and snorkelling good, food in industrial dosis.

  The lazy river was nice to just hang in and the spa services were overpriced and was not worth the money. The lotion, shampoo, soap dispensers were disgusting.

  Silk road and boticelli was delicious, the staff were very nice and helpful, the rooms were always clean and the air conditioning was cold. The towel hut was great and food good and the entertainment was good.

  This beach is good for snorkeling and the pool area for kids is decent. The water is pretty calm.

  The beach by the east and west wings was the best, the service was great. The room was clean and drinks were pleanty full and good.

  Great view of the beach and ocean, nice Place, the staff were friendly at all times, and really helpful. The room was cleaned everyday and food and service excellent buffets had different food everyday. Pools were relatively clean.

  Great views, nice Hotel and good service should always be praised, as far as we are concerned. The main hot tub had a huge step down to get in and out.

  The views were absolutely breathtaking, is i paid for and the staff cleaned our room every day before 12pm except one day. The pools are good.

  The sunset beach resort was the worst and all the public areas we used were kept clean and tidy at all times. This place was great for us, the staff were very pleasant and helpful, the water was clear and calm. The food was good and waiters were excellent. The facilities were adequate.

  Beach grill offers a wonderful alternative to buffet at lunch and beautiful view. Great place to stay and good for the money. Most polite of all the staff, my kids just loved the water slides and clean towels every other day.

  The beach was beautiful, the pools were great, the staff were very friendly and attentive, the room was fine and the bars were good. The food was decent and gym was well equipped and helped to burn up some calories.

  Coffee and tea on tap at various locations there were no ice machines, the hotel was dirty, old. The soap dispensers were disgusting.

  The silk road restaurant and the Italian restaurant were great, staff were very excellent and very helpful. The room was very clean, food was barely warm at best and the fruit punch was reaaalllllly good. The pools were cleaned daily.
