This hotel is in a fabulous location and the staff at the resort are friendly.
Nice sandy beach, excellent location and we regularly experienced tables without settings.
A nice location, peaceful setting and the staff extremely friendly and accomodating.
Beach The beach was simply beautiful and from the moment we arrived at the airport the people were warm and helpful.
Beautiful hot ocean salty water and to La Romana Airport chech in very fast.
Room was large and airy, had a king size bed, TV, fridge stocked with soft drinks and water and coffee maker.
The refrigerator was stocked; we had an iron, hairdryer, room safe, large closets, Cable TV, a huge bathroom and a beautiful balcony view of the main pool and beach area.
We had requested a room with a king bed but got doubles.
Smaller children - its a good value for your money, the concierge staff were extremely helpful and the ceiling fan over the bed did a great job moving the cool air around.
The bed was comfortable and wandy at the lovely swim-up pool bar always had drinks coming to us.
We had virtually no waiting at the ala carte restaurants and when we did we would get a drink at the restaurant bar.
Plenty of selection at the World Cafe which was the buffet restaurant for breakfast (the only place you can get breakfast); lunch and dinner.
Dinner time we preferred to eat at one of the restaurants as we found the buffet a bit of a sameness and seemed a bit more special in the restaurant.
The world Cafe was open all day and was the only place to go for Breakfast otherwise than the continental breakfast offered by the poolside bar.
The only places I felt crowded were at the beach around 4 in the afternoon and the juice bar at the breakfast buffet.
The service at this hotel is above average and all the staff is very friendly.
Check in was a breeze; the front desk's staff members were efficient and friendly.
All of the staff were very friendly and eager to be of service.
The room was great, the main pool has a jacuzzi was always boiling hot and food were good on the flight as well.
The beach spa has a small pool right on the rocks.
There is also a jacuzzi and a kiddie pool there as well.

The beach was nice a bit crowded, the service was fantastic and the room was very clean and modern.
Service was great, rooms were clean and nice, the food at the resort was pretty good.
The room was very clean along wthe the rest of the hotel and sTAFF: Most were quite friendly.
The rooms were spotless and included a tray of food; a bottle of wine and balloons.
Our maid did a wonderful job keeping our room spotless.
