Our stay was convenient as the hotel was centrally located near shops and restaurants. It was also near the transportation hub so traveling within the city was easy.

The beds were quite uncomfortable and the pillows were inadequate.

We had a great experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect as it was situated in a very quiet and tranquil neighborhood, yet it was conveniently located on several main bus routes. This made it incredibly easy for us to explore the city and visit all the popular attractions. We loved being by the river and it added a beautiful touch to our stay. Additionally, the hotel was near Kawaramachi station, which is one of the biggest stations in the city. This made it extremely convenient for us to travel around and also provided access to various service shops and commercial services.

Located close to public transport and tourist hotspots, this hotel was a convenient choice for our Christmas stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff was helpful and friendly. We particularly enjoyed the beautiful river view from the breakfast restaurant and the abundance of cafes nearby.

The outdated facilities and poor ventilation made for an uncomfortable stay. Although the location was ideal, the dingy and worn-down condition of the hotel left much to be desired.

The hotel was located near a river and had a convenience store nearby. The staff was friendly and offered a nutritious drink upon check-in.

The air conditioning was centrally controlled and changed to heater mode during our stay, making it difficult for us to rest due to the noise from the street when we opened the windows for ventilation. The lack of grills on the windows posed a safety risk as we were staying on lower levels.

This hotel had everything I needed and more. The location was perfect, being close to cute and trendy cafes, as well as Takashimaya and Nishiki market. It was also right next to the Gion area and in between various tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a massage chair in the room and lock up facilities for my luggage. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing me with all the information I needed. In addition, the hotel was very clean and tidy.

Everything is what I need and want.
