Overview

Located right on the beach of the warm Red Sea, the five-star Sunrise Mamlouk Palace Resort is within a short driving distance to the Hurghada International Airport and the city center.

The resort offers elegant oriental style, large territory with beautiful landscape, two outdoor swimming pools and numerous spa and beauty treatments.

The 420 standard rooms, 90 family rooms, 12 connected rooms, two junior suites and six superior suites feature sattellite TV with international channels, luxurious Egyptian cotton linens and balcony or terrace.

Buffet style main restaurant serves international cuisine on “all inclusive basis”, while two a la carte restaurants serve Asian and Mexican food for a surcharge. Four bars, pub and a café offer snacks and drinks during the day and at night.

    Good stay for the price, long distance from the main building to the beach and the lobby area is vast and impressive. The service is great everywhere, rooms are big ang clean, pools are huuge and bar staff are friendly and hard working. Fresh towels are provided daily, the food is lovely and large selection of cocktails I must say are the strongest I had ever had.

    The hotel is magnificent and the service was excellent and the building itself is very pretty. Drinks in lobby bar are good and the staff is very friendly. The room is nice and only one kind of fresh juice is available every day. Lunch in the Italian is fantastic and has a great terrace to sit out, the pools are huge.

    Fabulous hotel, friendly staff and the accommodation was clean, tidy and well presented. The food was disappointing and choice was excellent. Cocktails and were more than happy, local beer was fine as were all the spirits, the pools were nice and clean.

    The waiters and general staff at the hotel are the best i've met, reception is beautiful, room service is quiet and discreet. Pool bar is fantastic, the food is of a good standard and this works as the gardens are very nice and healthy.

    Every member of staff at the hotel was fantastic and all the service was very good in all the al a cartes. Room was very spacious, barmen at pool bar were great and a large selection of food was available at all meal times in the restaurant. Wine was much better, Mexican was the best The manager Ayaman and the gardens were kept lovely.
