  Very convenient to shadyside, squirrel hill, and oakland, the proximity to spa, shopping and restaurants was just we were looking for, the decor was lovely and the service first rate. The staff were very helpful, the deluxe room was of a nice size , and the bathroom was huge, the sheets were crisp and fresh, the mattress perfect. The food was exceptional.

  For a place that calls itself a luxury hotel, was abominable and the service was just terrible. The bathroom was huge, all the food was delicious.

  The staff were friendly and the hotel was beautiful, front desk was welcoming and able to get me my wake up call on time. My room and bath were large, clean and comfortable.
