Its an excellent base to visiit the white sands west beachs of Crete! The breakfast its very good.The room whas confortable -The owner very kind-Nice swimming pool and has his own beach. :)

I liked my stay at the Sunny Bay Hotel very much! It is located to a small town,Kasteli,which is near to places of great interest such us Falasarna, Balos, Elafonissos, Topolia Gorge, the archaiological place of Polirrinia (the E4 route for walkers) and near to the port , from where you can take the ship and continue your trip to Peloponisos.It is approximately 30min from the city of Chania (good natiobal highway). The staff was great,very polite and always tried to help us! I 'd like to refer specially to Mrs Roula, the owner (it is a hotel runned by a family) , who is very polite and always helpful!!! The rooms are cosy ,the bathroom and the whole room are clean. I liked very-very much the large swimming pool! I enjoyed the noons I spent at the pool drinking coctails from the pool-bar. The breakfast is characterized by variety (eggs,cheese, yogurt, juices,sweets,vegetables and some others from the cretan tradition) I chose to eat at hotel. It was a good idea,because I ate very tasteful cretan traditional food (Boureki -musaka and tsatsiki rule!!!)

We had an amazing 4-night stay at a charming hotel in a quiet location near the village. Our room had a comfortable bed and a balcony with beautiful partial sea views. The cleaning staff did a great job, and the air conditioning kept us cool throughout our stay. The hotel also had a lovely beachfront area and a refreshing swimming pool. Despite some minor issues with towels and hot water, the overall experience was enjoyable. The breakfast selection could have been broader, but the food was still abundant. We recommend this hotel for a relaxing and peaceful vacation. a pleasant stay at Sunny Bay!

The hotel is located by the sea, very close to famous beach Falasarna which is one of the most beautiful beach of the world. Also is near to Elafonisos. Hospitality of the hotel was excellent. The hotel offers all the facilities like great swimming pool, wi fi, mini market etc. The rooms are very confortable with great view directly to the sea. I am very pleased with the hotel and I will suggest it as a perfect solution for everybody wants to visit Chania and Crete. L'Hotel è situato vicino al mare in ottima posizione, vicino al sito archeologico ed alla premiata spiaggia Falasarna, è pure vicino ad Elafoniso ed Kedrodassos L'Hotel dispone di camere spaziose con vista mare o montagna, una grande piscina adatta anche per bambini piccoli, Mini Market per i generi di prima necessità e aree ricreative. Sia la prima colazione che e il pranzo erano abbondanti e basati sulla cucina tradizionale cretese Abbiamo ricevuto un eccellente accoglienza da tutto il personale ed in particolare dalla signora Rula Lo consigliamo altamente Ritorneremo .

This hotel truly exceeded my expectations. the location right on the beach was absolutely fantastic. I couldn't get enough of the stunning sea view from my room. And speaking of the room, it was spacious, comfortable, and had a large, cozy bed. The attention to detail in the amenities provided was impressive. Additionally, the breakfast offered a good variety of hot and cold food, perfect to start the day on a positive note.

Everything was top-notch, nothing to complain about.

The pool area was clean and inviting, with comfortable seating and plenty of space to relax. The breakfast was decent, with a selection of options to choose from and fresh fruits. The location was also great, close to the beach and restaurants, with easy access to local attractions.

The bed was quite hard and uncomfortable, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Some amenities were lacking, such as a shower curtain and enough towels for two people.

Beautiful swimming pool, clean rooms, and a variety of breakfast choices including breads, juices, fruit, eggs. The staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, the wifi was weak on the 3rd floor. I had a great time at Sunny Bay Hotel and would recommend it.

Cleanliness, location right on the beach in Kissamos, breakfast, and friendly staff make this hotel a great choice. The hotel is clean, and it is located right on the beach in Kissamos where we could easily go for a swim or just relax on the sunbeds. We had a great breakfast every morning with plenty of hot and cold food options. The staff were very friendly and always available to help us with any questions we had.

Stunning Sea View and Great Food

The hotel was located near the beach, providing a stunning sea view that took our breath away. the food served in the restaurant was satisfying, with an ample amount of varieties to cater to our taste buds. The location was also strategic, making it easy for us to explore the town without any hassle.

The bus schedule offered to visit nearby beaches was quite inconvenient, and we had to rush back early. the room had some minor technical issues that needed fixing.

The view from our room was breathtaking, with a perfect combination of the sea and the sunrise. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a variety of options to choose from.

The rooms were outdated and in need of modernization. The lack of pictures on the walls made the rooms feel empty and dull.
