Comfortable room, good-sized bathroom. Good fruit and eggs.

Liked our rooms with balcony. The breakfast had good choice of options, including fruit and eggs. The location was amazing, easy walk to Hoan Kiem Lake.

The location was lovely for walking around a traditional water puppet theater. The breakfast was enjoyable and sensational - variety of meals - fruit and eggs.

It had great and fantastic location a super close walk to Hoan Kiem Lake. The staff was VERY PLEASANT, incredibly nice, and responded promptly to requests.

Practical, tidy room with a private bathroom and shower facilities, a hair dryer and terry dressing gowns. The beds exceptionally comfortable. Easy to get to, marvellous and stunning location close to Hoàn Kiếm Lake as well as the old quarter and lake.

The location couldn't have been better, on a quiet street in the heart of the Old Quarter. The staff at the hotel's reception desk were extremely responsive and did the best service for us. The amenities in the room were awesome, such as the terrace, soundproofed rooms, and parquet floors. The dining restaurant had a special diet menu that catered to my needs and the staff made sure my stay was comfortable.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay here.

It had very central location close to Temple of the Jade Mountain. There where a night market and a market around the hotel. The restaurant was nice for breakfast, I tried fresh dishes.

the value for money was superb with prices that were very reasonable for what you get. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect, from the basic amenities in the room to the breakfast menu. The rooms themselves were comfortable and spacious, with a view from the balcony that added a nice touch. And lastly, the location couldn't be better. Situated in a quiet street within two minutes' walk to the lake, it provided the perfect balance between convenience and tranquility.

Everything was fine, nothing to improve.

Great location! The hotel was situated near popular tourist attractions and areas, making it easy to explore and access key locations.

The hot water in the shower was a major issue. It took us around 20 minutes of running the water before we could get a lukewarm shower.

Convenient location near the lake, clean and comfortable rooms, helpful staff, quiet despite central position, tasty breakfast options including pho.

This hotel had a great location, right in the heart of the city. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Jason and Henry. They gave us tips on where to find good restaurants and helped us find the best souvenir shops. Another great thing was that they offered us complimentary breakfast and Wifi, which made our stay even more comfortable.

A few things were not so great. The rooms were a bit small and cramped, and there was not much space to move around.
