The only service I missed for my work was a faster and more efficient internet connection.

One of our favorite spots Danau Sunter was very close to this place. Don't forget to explore North Jakarta neighborhood.

I had a wonderful stay at Sunlake Waterfront Resort & Convention. The room was spacious and clean, with charming old wooden furniture. The lap swimming pool was amazing, and I enjoyed relaxing on my private balcony. The breakfast buffet had plenty of vegetarian options and delicious desserts. The staff were always polite and helpful. The hotel's location was convenient, close to the Mall of Indonesia and the famous Anchor area. I highly recommend this unique hotel.

when checking in they didn't have my reservation and asked me to find another hotel as they were fully booked. then after 15 min they asked me to wait as they will contact booking. finally i had my room after waiting more than 1 hour. and with no apology!! very old hotel and to anything used to be white has changed to yellow and its smelly !!. well they say it's a 4 star hotel but noway this is a 4 star hotel maybe if we are in 1990 but not in 2011. internet extremely slow. massage service not very good and pricey. and not to forget the location, very poor nothing around so you stick inside your room counting the hours to leave !!

Good sized room that was clean and comfortable and had a balcony!

One's natural temptation might be to request a room with views of the lake. However, be warned. There is a wretched Indonesian "Disco" right on the lake directly opposite the main hotel entrance. Apparently, noise pollution laws do not exist and this place plays the most appalling heavy metal music at absolutely deafening volumes. So, stay on the other side of this nice hotel.

We loved staying at this hotel. The location opposite the lake was so serene, and it was just a quick ride to the nearby restaurants. The hotel facilities are impressive, with a fully equipped gym and a lovely outdoor pool. The breakfast had a good variety of food, and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Stayed here many times. It's out of the heavy traffic of the city and within easy reach of the port and the airport. It's good value, quiet and with enough facilities on site.

Our Japanese dinner outside was delicious, close to the peaceful Sunter lake. In the taxi through the Jakarta traffic, a good location away from the shops. Our room was spacious with beautiful lake views. Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection of food and very friendly staff. The swimming pool was big and clean.

Some of the staff were incompetent, struggling to understand and fulfil simple requests like sending a fruit bowl or providing a pen.

The hotel had great facilities including a gym and swimming pool. The rooms were spacious and clean. The location was perfect as it was near the lake and offered a beautiful view.

The breakfast lacked variety and the meals were not very appetizing. The staff members were not very competent and had poor communication skills.
