    My husband and I arrived, checked into the hotel and instead of using the credit card we decided to pay cash for the entire stay.

    Staff was nice, great location, decent room, great atmosphere for Florida vs.

    CHEAP and if you don't care about NOT having fresh towels, toilet paper, roaches, or not having a clean room.

    Not even new towels or a fresh roll of toilet paper.

    We will stay at Sun Suites again next time in Jacksonville.

    Georgia game, however, room was not cleaned at check in, had to leave room for an hour while maid came.

    Upon opening the door to the room, a roach ran out the front and my wife was taken aback by the bug (STRIKE 2).

    The "security guard"/front desk man, stated he couldn't find where our reservation had been made or confirmed (STRIKE 1).

    Best value in jacksonville and front desk personnel were helpful.

    The staff was very helpful in giving me directions around Jacksonville.

    Clean this place up, the staff was really nice.

    Not unliveable, but like the staff didn't spend too much time on cleaning it.

    After about 45 minutes, I asked if they had wireless and was told yes.

    Our room was super clean and the staff was really friendly.

    The room i stayed here was relatiely clean.

    In the entire 16 days we did not have a single person come to our room for housekeeping, we had to take out our own trash, and buy cleaning products to clean the room.

    When we got to the room, I first noticed that it wasn't especially clean.

        Room wasn't cleaned at check in.

        Staff was nice, great location, decent room, great atmosphere for Florida vs. Georgia game, however, room was not cleaned at check in, had to leave room for an hour while maid came.
