    PROS: Affordable, kitchenette, free wireless internet, friendly staff, powerful A/C, good location close to shopping and easy drive down highway to beach or downtown.

    The location of the hotel was great because it was near restaurants and shopping centers.

    If you want a nice room for a good price and a location convenient to most things this is hard to beat.

    Overall, 60 bucks got me a decent bed, stove, frig,microwave and a toilet that flushed.

    If we needed anything, the office was more than happy to assist us (change of room due to cigarette odor, more toilet paper or more towels free of charge, replacement of remote battery).

    The bed was comfortable and the people in the office were very helpful and friendly.

    Keep in mind that they are an extended stay suite, so don't expect daily maid or room service.

    I requested one room w/double beds, non-smoking.

    CONS: bathroom wall needed cleaning or repainting, no daily maid service, no pool, no pets allowed.

    I did tell the manager that he really needed customer service training and he laughed.

    I spent Christmas Eve out in the cold parking lot of the hotel and have really changed my mind about the service that they have to offer.

    At 7:45am I went downstairs to the front desk to wait for someone.

    I get better service from Motel 6 and fresh linen daily than here.

    There is no swimming pool, no ice, no coffee, etc.

    There were no other problems really, and we enjoyed the use of free wireless internet on our laptop.

    Although it was clean, and the office claimed it was recently renovated, the bathroom walls/door were still dirty and needed cleaning.

    If you stay a week, consider yourself lucky if they clean your room once.

      The rooms were clean and the price was very affordable.

      We stayed for 3 nights and the room was never cleaned by house keeping.

      The hotel was nice and affordable for the traveler on a budget. The hotel staff was also friendly. The location of the hotel was great because it was near restaurants and shopping centers.

      We used the fridge to hold our water and milk (for next mornings cereal) and used the microwave to heat up late night leftovers the 1st night. The little table is only big enough for 2 people and is attached to the wall so we had to move the chairs so we could sit and see TV while we ate!

      I called in to ask if my room would be cleaned and at $72 a night I was told to come pick up the vacuum and do it myself.

      Housekeeping helped me out and suggested I change rooms. Went to the office and and they told me just to get a hold of housekeeping anytime I needed to go back into my room. They would not help me and ignored me until the manager finally got there (25 min later) at which time I was fuming! Gave me another room and it was filthy, gave me another room and the air condition didnt work. I had reservations for a week during spring break and if I could, I would have checked out and taken my business elsewhere. I get better service from Motel 6 and fresh linen daily than here. I did tell the manager that he really needed customer service training and he laughed.
