I would say I got real value for money and would recommend the hotel to everyone who has an early morning flight and doesn't want to spend the whole night getting to the airport.
Location: Excellent, for a very reasonable price for a Mumbai hotel and the staff are SO attentive.
But then, have a look at some of Mumbai's other hotel prices!
As in the whole of India, they will try and charge you as much as they can get away with, so avoid shopping in the hotels shops, they are SO SO overpriced (trust me i have family who live here).
Perect location by Juhu beach and as we were attending the New Year party at the JW Marriott this was the perfect hotel locationwise.
Great location in the burbs, the hotel has made a huge improvement since then and staff were very friendly and welcoming.
Juhu best location ever and a lovely sunset the room is ocean facing.
Even if your work is in the south end of town (Fort Bombay), it might be worth is to stay here and just take a taxi ($6 for a non-AC cab or $10 for a "Cool Cab").
We had paid the higher rate for a triple room as there were 3 of us, but the transport back to the airport catered only for 2 people.
The room was nice (large bed, tea/coffee making facility, seating area, safe, clean bath/shower) with a sea view as per the booking, & also over looking the pool.
They then simply added an extra bed to the room making it extremely cramped.
The rooms are fairly large and well kept, the hotel staff is attentive and room service and housekeeping are very good.
Rooms - comfortable and good but some of the bathrooms are looking a little dated.
Old style decoration in the hotel reminds of the good old days, excellent service and complimentary bottles of mineral water in the rooms.
The ambience of the bar is excellent, the waiters at breakfast are very pleasant and the kebab hut by the pool is lovely.
Alongside the Marriott is another good restaurant called "Vie", that serves continental cuisine.
The food in the coffe shop and restaurant were good by Indian standards and reasonably priced for a hotel.
Lovely breakfast in the coffee shop, where we also dined, quite reasonably in terms of prices & standard of food.
The lunch and the breakfast was delicious and the service excellent.
Excellent service, friendly staff, okay reception and a well laid out pool for young kids.
Pool side Restaurant in the hotel serves great food and helpful and attentive front desk staff.
Staff Service: Excellent and complimentary late check-out.
The hotel is correct and the staff are nice (occasionally somewhat po-faced at reception).
View is great from there and the best place in the hotel is obviously the pool.
Great food at the restraurant, very nice swimming pool.
The hotel has a small swimming pool…looking onto the beach.
Good for families on medium budget, accommodating staff and the rooms were extremely clean.
Furthermore the service excellent and rooms were clean.
The hotel offers excellent view on the sea, friendly staff and the room was clean and nice.
Bathroom/shower are clean, the food is great.
Rooms are clean and the evening drink is complimentary.
