This hotel is in a great location, away from the busy "party" district but also right on the beach. The staff here are incredibly friendly and helpful, treating every guest with kindness and refusing tips. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a balcony overlooking the pool. The bathroom is also impressive, with a bathtub perfect for a relaxing soak after a day of sunbathing. the service and hospitality here are excellent.

We recommend, maybe to friends. It was truly a RELAXING stay. Brasserie Restaurant, where you can eat, is only a short distance to the hotel. Super base for trip in Kuta.

It is close to the airport which was my need for one night of transit.

They made us waiting because the room was not ready. The morning of leaving we wait 20 minutes for the driver whom suppose to bring us to the airport. Few more minutes and we lose the flight. We think that this hotel is massively booked and they don´t care about details. Never again.

Great location near Kartika Discovery Mall and restaurants, within walking distance to Kuta beach. Fantastic services, with friendly and helpful staff. Had a delightful surprise celebration for my daughter's birthday with a cake. Will definitely visit again!

Great value for money with spacious rooms, friendly staff, and prime location within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The bed was comfortable and breakfast had a decent selection. The large pool was perfect for a relaxing dip after a day of exploring.

The shower over the bath was inconvenient, as the water easily overflowed onto the bathroom floor. Additionally, some noise from slamming doors could be heard at night, but nothing too disruptive. a solid choice for a budget-friendly city break.

Staff was super friendly from the word go and went the extra mile for our booked stay (honeymoon). Location was great right next to Discovery Shopping Mall, however, not a 5 minutes walk from Kuta beach as stated.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just outside the busy party district but still close to many shops, restaurants, and the airport. The breakfast was delicious and varied each day, and the hotel facilities were very clean and well-maintained.
