They don't have my booking record when I check-in and the room got very strong cigarette smell. ( my kids complaints) thanks

friendly and helpful staff, especially one lady at counter. room reasonably comfortable at this low price. walking distance to tambun lost world and business center. on the whole no regret staying here and will come back coz of the helpful staff.

The room price & basic thing
Receive sudden phone call (check-in day) that the 2nd night they plan to do renovation in the room that I've booked. Request us to change to another room with high price. Luckily finally they cancel their renovation plan. Thank you so much for that..

There are not enough working staff, keep customer waiting more then 1/2hour just for check in.I suggest this hotel should take in much more esperiance staff, who can work individually.what I saw that day, 3 staff serve a customer, and make the rest of the check in customer waiting.

The enviroment feel like staying in Hospital Wad. Not comfort at all.

It is a great hotel with very reasonable price. I stay there for a short trip because the hotel is so near to Tambun lost world theme park and Giant hypermarket, I can get everything I need there.
