Summer Place Hotel Rehoboth Beach - 里霍博斯比奇

The location is very centrally located right across from a bakery that bakes fresh twice a day and has juice, coffee, newspapers etc.

It has what I call the best location in Rehoboth, 1 block to the beach in a residential area next to an Episcapal church.

The location is great, clean accommodations in close proximity to the beach and the place would be fine.

For its location the price was excellent as it was only a block from the boardwalk and 2 blocks from nicola's and a grocery store.

Summer Place is an outstanding bargain with a fabulous location.

The room was small, but had a king-sized bed, phone, tv with cable/satelite, small refrigerator and microwave.

Small tv with 70 stations, clean bathroom, double bed, tv, mw phone.

Each single room - and the condos - is clean and sanitary, furnished with a variety of bed and furniture set-ups.

The rooms were small and basic but had my own bath, tv (with cable), mw, ac , ref and even a phone.

This year we noticed our room had a new queen bed, new dressor and new microwave.

No pool, elevator or restaurant but who need this when it only has 3 floors and is right by beach and many fine restaurants.

The hotel is also just a block away from the Boardwalk - a family-friendly way to see the ocean and visit some of the town's favorite shops and restaurants - at the same time.

You'll also like the town, its' eclectic shops and fine restaurants.

You could pay 3 and 4 hundred a night for fo fo she she, but why do that when there is Summer Hotel value, outlet shopping, and good food to eat at the local restaurants.

Very short, pleasant walk to the beach and boardwalk, ditto for restaurants and shops.

The real negative drawback was the guy behind the front desk -- who I am assuming is the manager/owner.

We couldn't even find any employees to tell so we had to leave a note, then we tried calling and leaving messages no one has called back, when I finally got a staff member on the phone he hung up on me.

Motel employs an honor system where the front desk is unattended, and your keys are left in an envelope on the desk with instructions.

I gave this place an above average rating because of the price and friendly staff.

Besides there was a small gym on the beach.

Downsides: There is no free on-site parking.

For a refundable deposit, you can opt for a parking permit for street parking.

The rooms are simply furnished but pleasant and clean.

The Hotel isn't fancy, but the room was clean and a great value.

Very clean rooms though, its obvious the owner is very anal.

Service is great too and the rooms are very clean and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
