Staff was amazing, gorkhan the Manager was wonderful - extremely pleasant and helpful, the bathroom was superb - as you would expect in Turkey.
The hotel has a beautiful location, nice staff and large windows overlooking the Bosphorus.
Great location and the Bridge drags you into them within the most pleasant atmosphere.

An elegant boutique hotel, staff were amazing.

The air conditioning in the room was very inadequate and breakfast became after a few days boring.

Excellent contemporary design, attentive staff and no fireplace, synthetic pillows and duvet, functional furniture. Good restaurant and Turkish Hospitality at its Best.

The boat service brilliant, the Istanbul modern Museum and the sea bass was perfect. The location was definitely unexpected and wonderful, the hotel staff were helpful. The room was absolutely gorgeous, food was good and for dinner, all of the Turkish specialties were absolutely delicious.

S private boat and between the two great bridges spanning the Bosphorous. The location was perfect and the hotel manager was very courteous and responsive in the morning. Staff were very friendly and the room service and the bar service was excellent. The food was good too.

The boat service is very good and efficient runs, the view of room is excellent. Free internet is welcome and the staff are very friendly. At prices the air conditioning should really be perfect, breakfast is a feast for the eyes as well as the tummy.

The terrace over the bosphorus is ridiculously exciting and the Asian side is not nearly as much crowded as the European side.

Breakfast on the terrace watching the big liners and boats, calm location, hotel staff are very well trained. The interior is stylish and the rooms are clean, service Could Be a Bit Better. At prices the air conditioning should really be perfect and the dinner menu is also excellent. The duty managers are extremly friendly and helpful, especially mr.

Away from city centre, great design and the staff were excellent and attentive. The rooms were spacious and the restaurant next door was the best we ate in too. The food was superb we ate 3 wonderful dinners watching the sunset.
