The room was neat and equipped with a fan and Jacuzzi bath. The location was great and near the hotel's restaurant, making it ideal for exploring Liverpool. Check-in was quick and painless. Guests can enjoy a sauna and the pool area was also great. the service was excellent.

I liked painless check-in.

The hotel was clean and had very welcoming staff at the reception desk. I had outstanding food for breakfast with a gluten free option for my wife. The rooms were tidy equipped with comfy beds, sofa, for instance.

Overall the room was newly remodelled with a useful office type desk and a good queen sized bed. The location was incredible and the staff was amicable during the whole stay!

It had a particularly good location right by the motorway junction, Liverpool, and the surrounding attractions. The staff was superbly friendly & always pleasant.

The place was reasonably priced. Everything was really good, including its family atmosphere. The staff was genuinely helpful and amazingly attentive, offered wake up service and ironing free of charge. Our rooms were well-equipped with heaters, tea tray, for instance as expected. They offered us very pleasant meals, had a wide range of options to choose from.
