The bed was big and very comfy and plenty of room in the wardrobes, the breakfast was varied and the the staff were always pleasant and welcoming.
Excellent hotel, staff were extremely helpful and professional, great value - room was clean.

Safari park was brilliant, the food in the hotel was amazing and all the staff were cheerful and pleasant at all times. Room was very comfortable, the breakfast was a treat everything was fresh and nice and hot, the leisure clubs facilities were excellent.

The reception area is quite big, the hotel is in an industrial estate just off a major road intersection on the A57 and the staff are very pleasant and helpful too. Our room is clean and restaurant is good. The menu is quite varied and changes each week, the pool is reasonably large and usually quiet.

The pool area is really nice and hotel a lot better than expected for the price. The staff are friendly, helpful, the bedrooms are all suites, very large and spacious and very equipped, coffee and there is only ever the choice of 2 hot foods.

Good value for money and excellent service. Lovely hot water for shower, staff offered us towels as we arrived there and the gym equipment was sufficient, breakfast was a mixture of English and continental and was very nice. The leisure facilities were great.
