This hotel was in a great location, as there was a big supermarket and plenty of international restaurants nearby. The rooms were large and the 24/7 security made me feel safe during my stay. One of the best aspects was the kind and helpful staff who were always ready to assist.

Although the hotel was lovely, the breakfast buffet was lacking in variety. the outdated rooms and carpets could use a bit of a refresh to match the overall quality of the hotel.

We loved the location of this place, nestled in a charming residential area. The surrounding neighborhood felt safe and secure. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. We especially enjoyed having a kitchen and dining area, as well as a patio to relax on. The staff here were exceptional, providing us with excellent service throughout our stay. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The free Wi-Fi and flat-screen TV were also great additions to our leisure time.

Staff couldn't speak English well. Many rooms were out of heat or hot water. My cousin had to move three times because of no water or no hot water. We chose to stay in the original room because of trouble in moving so we had to shower at other room because our room did not have hot water. Breakfast is minimal. Overall, it was a horrible experience. I canceled the later part of reservation after we returned from Bolivia. Don't go there.

There is a Wong Supermarket right across the street for buying water, fruits and snacks. The hotel would have been great if the property is kept up.

Staff not fluent with English. Heater does not work so don't even plan to be there in winter. No hot water and no water is totally unacceptable.

Despite its good location, the room and facilities were outdated and appeared to have been used for over 25 years. The carpets were smelly and dirty, and there was no soundproofing on the windows.
