Liked our rooms on the 5 floors. It was a great and brilliant location for us, just off a beach and the sae and a wide variety of restaurants within easy walking distance, shops on one side and bars restaurants and entertainment. We ordered lunch at Bistro Arbol, located right at the venue.

Incredible and good location right by Puerto del Carmen Beach. Tasty and plentiful breakfast with eggs and bacon.

It's wonderful and clean hotel, has great and lovely location in an area somewhere near the reception.

The room was well-equipped with bathroom and a beautiful view and safety measures included safe. The breakfast was fresh made and warm with good variety.

Newly decorated and reasonably large unit with a microwave, an electric kettle and a fridge. Twin bedroom, really really nice stay for 5 nights recently and late check-out.

Newly remodelled and reasonably large units with coffee machine, a fabulous view English speaking T plus bathroom, and affable staff. Nice food, especially plentiful breakfast.

Fairly clean place with very pleasant staff and excellent view of the beach. Breads and fruit available for breakfast.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the shops and beaches, making it easy to explore the area. The reception area has been recently expanded, providing a more spacious and welcoming atmosphere. the hotel is close to the old port area, where you can find a variety of excellent restaurants to dine at.

The restaurant service needs improvement. Some guests experienced long wait times and poor attention from the waitstaff, making the dining experience less enjoyable.

The location in front of Playa Grande is excellent.

This was the third time that we go and this year the breakfast has lowered the previous level, low quality cold cuts, tiny portions of everything, have replaced the coffee capsules Nespresso by another I suppose cheaper. In short, they're saving up.

Outdoor location and facilities.

Drink not included in half board. Given the quality of the dinner, you practically pay it back for the price of the drink. They did not place a baby crib even though they asked for it and confirmed it. That's why I had to sleep one night on the couch, there was no compensation.

The hotel was clean and the location was particularly good in there own supermarket. We had room which had an air conditioner and a safe box and was good sized.

The location was stunning for walking around Playa Chica Beach. We dined at a lovely nearby restaurant with Mexican dishes.

We recently stayed at Plus Fariones Suite for 10 days and couldn't recommend this hotel more. The central location was perfect, giving us easy access to Oldtown where we enjoyed amazing restaurants like Taberna el Nino. The breakfast selection was great and the staff were pleasant and friendly. The bed was comfortable and everything was spotless. We've been coming to Lanzarote for almost 30 years and this was our first time staying at a hotel. We will definitely return to Plus Fariones Suite in the future.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent as for the 4-star level. Keanes irish bar, which can be found only 350 ft away, was a fast option.
