Its location is right near the lake and overall this hotel is good value.

Supportive for us during a medical situation later and hotel's location is great.

Proximity to the town is nice and handy, the location is central to the many of the local eateries in Rotorua.

The lake front location is fantastic and rotorua itself is wonderful.

In fact fantastic location for exploring rotorua, of good quality and freindly staff.

The hotel rooms are huge, beds are very comfortable.

Channels limited - TV2 a free to air channel wasnt working at all and the toilet seat didn't fit right.

The staff were courteous and disabled access to the room was great.

Staff were generally pretty friendly and room was good.

The bedroom was large, restaurant had good selection of food.

Lovely looking bar area and probbably the best view possible from the hotel.

The breakfasts were good, our dinner we had was excellent and facilities were adequate.

The fact that we were well placed to visit the shops and all areas of the hotel were very clean.

The hotel is well designed and reception staff are excellent.

Reception staff very helpful, beds comfortable and buffet breakfast we had included in the price was excellent.

Also the price was very reasonable, services were excellent and the Duty Manager was exceptionally helpful.

In good position overlooking lake, we were picked up from the hotel for the Kiwi Haka and the staff were all VERY friendly.

View was pleasant and the hotel staff were very efficient.

Traditional Maori dinner, complimentary entry there pool under maintenance.

    Short walking distance to many of the tourist attractions, central location and the meal in the hotel was great I could not fault. Additionally were able to use a $10 voucher towards the price, the staff were very helpful and room always kept very clean. The breakfasts were good, our dinner we had was excellent and facilities were adequate.

    Within 5 minutes walking distance of a dozen good restaurants and the central location. Cost was reasonable and staff were helpful. Excellent rooms decorated and the Breakfast was AMAZING. Dinner was lovely too and check-in was great.

    The location is perfect, we enjoyed being able to get easy access to the Rotorua walkways and the room itself is spacious.

    A small swimming pool is located off the car park along, short few block walk into town and poor staff levels on front counter for a Saturday afternoon. Polynesian spa within 3minutes walk much better.

    Great location, good value and very nice at affordable prices. Friendly staff, big rooms and the continental breakfast was so stale was inedible. The pool was warm.
