Kind hotel staff, the price was reasonable and the room was very clean.

We were, however told that because it was the hotel's mistake that we would be given a reduced price the following night.

The location for us was excellent and the price was reasonable.

Good location and we end up take taxi. The hotel is very quiet and staff are just too nice and accomodating. I liked the comfort of the room and the perfect choice for a short trip in Verona.

Staff pleasant and helpful. Bed comfortable. Bathroom/shower OK.

Too near motorway,building site opposite. Insufficient chairs in room, one person had to sit on bed all evening. Could not sit up in bed because of shelf above bed. Not good for ladies, nowhere to plug in own hairdryer etc. Bathroom hairdryer not suitable for blowdrying.
