Hotel Studioplus North Charleston - 北查尔斯顿

The hotel enjoys an excellent location on the water, looking toward Charleston across the harbor.

It was a really good deal, the place was cozy and well kept, the staff was attentive and very friendly, and the location was perfect!

The bed linens and towels were of new appearance and there was a change of towels in the bath room cabinet,because the hotel is self catering they are not changed every day unless you pay extra for that service.

The bed was comfortable and faced the tv.

Good place for families who want to cater for them selves,there is a stove,micro wave, fridge and coffee maker in the kitchen,No hair dryer in the bath room though.

The bed was very comfortable and provided a good nights sleep.

Our only complaint was that the bed was too soft for our tastes.

It's near the mall, fast food restaurants, shopping centers, and nice family sit down restaurants.

There are all kind of restaurants & shopping nearby including a SuperWalMart.

This hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, an ice skating rink, and mall.

I called the desk to ask for dish soap to clean our dishes before we checked out and was delighted to learn that they had said but I didn't need it - They take care of that!

The hotel was also close to many restaurants and shopping but about a ten minute drive to Charleston.

Laurie, the manager, introduced herself to us and asked if there were any special needs/requests we had and was very attentive and very sincere in making our stay as pleasant as possible as was the rest of her staff.

During our scheduled maid service, our room somehow got missed, but they promptly arranged for it to be handled the next cleaning day (Mondays and Fridays) and it was and a refresh service was done a few days later.

The customer service is worth it's weight in GOLD.

All public areas (lobby, hallways, laundry, pool, parking lot) were very well lit.

Don't bother with the teeny tiny pool in the corner of the parking lot - we laughed our heads off.

I would highly suggest requesting a room on this floor especially if you do not smoke because I went up to the 2nd floor (fitness room is located - more on that later) and as soon as you exit the elevator or stairway, you smell smoke right away.

The wireless Internet connection worked well.

However the room itself was clean and efficient.

It was filthy - dirty tubs, walls, fridge, hair and dust and the baseboards were dirty too as were the walls --I tried to clean some up and got so disgusted we told them we needed to leave.
