    The hotel said they did not have my reservation so they made me wait in the lobby instead of giving me a room in the meantime saying that it would mess up the reservation when it came in.

    There was hair on the sink, toilet seat and floor.

    The fitness center consisted of one stationery bike, one tread mill and one other piece of equipment stuck in a room approx.

    Wanted to use it but thought better of it after seeing the room and then the lack of equipment and shape it looked like it was in.

    I can recommend the place across the street, Brentwood Suites.

        The hotel said they did not have my reservation so they made me wait in the lobby instead of giving me a room in the meantime saying that it would mess up the reservation when it came in. There was hair on the sink, toilet seat and floor. There was supposed to be a hair dryer but there was not. Because it was billed as having a hair dryer, I did not pack one and was forced to attend the business conference with dirty hair because I had no way to dry my hair and couldn't go out in the snow with wet hair. The fitness center consisted of one stationery bike, one tread mill and one other piece of equipment stuck in a room approx. Wanted to use it but thought better of it after seeing the room and then the lack of equipment and shape it looked like it was in. I can recommend the place across the street, Brentwood Suites.
