            Wide windows provide an excellent view of robertson quay and smart design and make full use of small space. Young staff are quite efficient and tv is just beside the bed.

            Nice decor is modern especially the lighting and reception is good. The room is neat and clean.

            Bed side lamp broken, light bulbs burned out in various locations in ceiling, most taxis had trouble finding , as I think is fairly new and that building has a very narrow.
