Thank you everyone for a very pleasant stay for the weekend. My room was a nice size with beer bottles, the kids ran free and 2 queen beds, and the check-out was late. Everything here was cool. The staff were very amiable and excellent and the location was good close to everything. Besides, it was close enough to a quiet area, the light rail and the center.

The location on bus route as well as close to the light rail was convenient and great. Moreover, it was adjacent to Phoenix and a quiet area towards the back of the property and Country Club & Broadway.

The area was very uncomfortable.

My stay was very pleasant for the weekend. I stayed here before, always well-equipped and new-fashioned rooms with a king bed. Everything was cool. The location was convenient as for me, close to the center and downtown and the light rail. Apart from that, Golfland Sunsplash Water Park was 5 minutes away by driving.

Our room was a nice size with a king bed and the overall stay for the weekend was PERFECTLY PLEASANT. It met expectations.

Overall the service was great! Our deluxe queen room was new-fashioned with a kitchenette, a king bed plus the kids ran free. The hotel's staff were amiable and superbly friendly all the time.

During my Christmas stay, I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly and helpful housekeepers at this hotel. They went above and beyond to ensure that my room was clean and well-maintained throughout my stay. the amenities provided were top-notch. The presence of an iron and ironing board in my room was extremely convenient. the pet-friendly policy of this hotel allowed me to bring along my furry friend, making my stay even more enjoyable.

One of the major drawbacks of my stay was the poor customer service experience I encountered. The staff failed to clean my room as promised, and it took several requests and interactions to obtain clean towels and toilet paper.

The people are very friendly! I will be staying there again when I visit Mesa in November :)

American Best Value Inn and Suites in Mesa is a great place for two to stay. It was such a great value! Very clean, and it had a kitchenette! We will stay there again!!!!

The location turned out to be comfy, near to the valley and a quiet area and sights and things too do. The room was big size and huge, with climate control, multi-channel television, and a microwave. The staff was accommodating, very helpful.

All of the hotel's staff are nice and welcoming. It boasts particularly good, favourable location just next door to a quiet area towards the back of the property and the valley and downtown and the light rail. Also, it's located 2 miles from a premier natural history museum.

I recently stayed at Studio 6 in Mesa for a week and had a fantastic experience. The location was convenient, with shopping, fast food, and public transportation nearby. The staff was incredibly friendly and provided prompt service. I loved the pet and kid-friendly atmosphere, and the room was clean and comfortable. The affordability and pleasantness of the stay made it a great choice for short or long stays. The kitchen in the room was a bonus, with all the necessary utensils and cookware provided. I will definitely be returning and recommending this hotel to everyone seeking a great place to stay.

Great costumer service

I booked the room because it had a jacuzzi. Only one jet worked. The refrigerator was turned off and there wasn't an iron (missing). I'll never book here again.

The rooms of our place where immaculately clean with 2 queen beds. It was nice to find a microwave oven and a fridge. The staff was very welcoming from arrival to departure.
