  Great hotel in the heart of the city and very thoughtful staff. The bathroom spacious too.

  Wifi away from the reception area was rather slow for today's standards, the elevator was quite small.

  The location was great as was very central to shopping and this hotel was wonderful. Staff were very helpful and room was very well appointed, clean, large and comfortable. The breakfasts were fine.

  Great location, very nice hotel and one very helpful front desk/cocierge person Small and central. Clean, decent sized room, very good breakfast and i liked the friendly receptionists.

  Small elevator, loud banging then emerged from the kitchen.

  Great location, small hotel in an old building in the historic center of the city and the staff, in particular Elisabetta, were helpful and always cheerful. The room was impeccably cleaned and light breakfast was included in the price.
