Strozzi Palace Hotel Florence - 佛罗伦萨

Great location to explore Florence, the hotel is well situated near to the main sites and reception is especially pleasant and helpful.

The location is super as it is close to everything.

The location was good too, close to the Piazza della Repubblica, but off the main street so it was quiet at night.

The metro was very close plus it was a very nice area to walk around in day and night.

If you could lug bags from the car to the airport terminal than getting to the elevator at this hotel is more than reasonable.

However after voicing my concerns about the room we were moved to a beautiful 4 star room, with an Italian maple wood bed and wardrobe, plus a jacuzzi bath and gorgeous window drapes.

Let's start with our room--15 foot ceilings, two large windows giving out onto the street, plenty of room even with beds for four, bright, airy, pretty, and a spacious and modern bathroom.

The room was nicely & luxuriously decorated with a huge bed and a jacuzzi - which was a pleasant surprise.

I stayed for five nights and the first night was in a large room with jacuzzi tub, shower, long countertop, and large bedroom.

The rooms were excellent and very well appointed with attention to details and a massive bed.

They helped in arranging tours and booking great restaurants in the city that are not tourist traps and serve way better food.

The Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, shops, restaurants are all short walks away.

The breakfast room was small but the room was nice and the food was fine.

The Chinese restaurant next door to the hotel served one of the nicest Chinese meals we've had in a very long time.

Good price, excellent breakfast and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Florence.

The front desk was helpful and assisted with local directions, and verified I had late room service.

A hint to future guests: if you have a problem, it is your problem the staff including Antonia and the manager Gianni Burchietti will treat you as an enemy if you dare complain about the service or your accomodations.

Yes there are multiple flights of stairs--but there is an elevator for luggage.

There is a single chair lift like those found in many homes for disabled guests, but for the rest of us the stairs were the only alternative.

Elevator is very small (maybe one person with bags) so the stairwell is the way to go.

They had fantastic free high-speed internet acess which was helpful for my job, but also for looking at train schedules, etc.

Clean hotels in Florence, nice staff and the room was very large.

Nice decorations, friendly staff and clean and spacious rooms.

A particular thanks to all the staff friendly and helpful, bathroom spotless.

The bathroom was clean and the breakfasts were good.

The staff are very professional and rooms are clean.
