We had a fantastic time at this place! The location is stunning, situated in a beautiful bay with breathtaking views. The hotel offers a wide range of amenities and services that made our stay even more enjoyable. The room service was prompt and efficient, ensuring that our accommodation was clean and comfortable every day. The staff was friendly and informative, providing us with useful information about the area and recommending great restaurants. The hotel also offers car and bicycle hire, making it convenient to explore the surroundings. we had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to families.

Upon arrival 17.00 (!!) no room available. Had to wait 90 minutes. Very limited explanation given. No excuses. Only one person good English speaking in hotel, but not always available. No towels at beach/pool. No drink-food service at beach/pool. (Former) beach-bar closed and in deplorable state. One person runs restaurant. One person for (small) bar- service. Breakfast buffet-table (fm 07.30) disorderly, restaurant table (s) mostly untidy. Bathroom one (design)cup missing, armature and toilet- seat loose. When (whirlpool)bath filled to rim, foam became brown (!?)... Room: no glasses, fridge half filled, no new supply. Check-out: we wanted bill payment evening before because of early departure, but that was not necessary*. Result: at 06.30 am bill with many mistakes and no bills available for checking. That same responsable employee* started at 08.30.... General: reception/admin. is open space behind the counter of only 10 m2 with sometimes 4 persons (!!!) working (daytime). Nobody wears uniform in hotel, only barkeeper, restaurant guy and roomcleaning. So in the beginning very confusing who is responsible for what. Who has authority etc. One restaurant room open during lunch- and breakfast time, crammed with tables. In our room all loose articles were removed, even closet doors, if they were ever there..... Internet site is years old (very nice) and not reflecting the actual situation. Beach-pier a.o. of multiplex boards, green upholstery removed. Very misleading site!!!!!!! Understaffed hotel, has the air of former four stars, but is definitely not anymore. CONCLUSION: At arrival we felt like moving to another place but because of lack of time (we had only 6 days), we did not. We paid the incomplete bill, otherwise we would have missed ferry/plane, but are very disappointed and feel ripped off.

Actually everything was excellent, my next choice again in Ischia. The hotel's location was incredible, really close to which has busses going all over the island, the port, and castle. Also, it was 1 mile from a romantic medieval castle. The room was modern and adequate, had smoke detectors for the safety. Overlooked sea: )

Our room was stunning and adequate and had a mini-bar, climate control, and an individual safe. Bathtubs was particularly good and everything was excellent. Very good staff, who gave us awesome suggestions...

Great and lovely hotel, we enjoyed it.

We had deluxe queen room with air con and a luxurious decoration, for instance. Welcoming and nice staff gave advice on things to do. The location was stunning, walking distance to all interests.

The room at Strand Hotel Delfini was like a cozy nest, perfect for someone like me who craves a connection with nature. The soothing colors and comfortable bed made me feel right at home.

I personally wasn't a fan of the shower/tub combination. But hey, that's just my taste, maybe others would love it!

Amazing building and rooms with amazing view. A huge variety of appetising food for meals. Stunning and marvellous location, 1 mile from city center.

The view from the hotel is absolutely breathtaking, with stunning vistas of the surrounding area. I was mesmerized by the beauty of the surroundings.

The room was not comfortable and was not what I had booked. I paid for a suite and got a basic room but the owner did not care and told me the only suite matching the description on my booking confirmation was the Royal suit which would cost euros e1600 per night! The spa was a small room and treatments were amateurish and there were no essentials in the room. No water to drink. No safe that worked. Only two small towels. Four small sachets of shower gel and no doors on the wardrobe. Bedding was frayed and tired. The staff were unfriendly and almost rude when I asked about the room. Breakfast was awful and there was little to eat. Other guests were conolaining. This should not be four star hotel. Furniture was broken and you could hear others in their rooms. We were by the lift and it was very noisy.

The staff at the hotel were friendly and informative, giving us great recommendations for places to visit and restaurants to try. They also provided us with information on transportation options, making it easy for us to explore the city. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with a bus stop right outside that took us directly to the city center and the bus station. The views from the hotel were superb, and the hotel itself had a beautiful decor. Our hotel room was spacious and comfortable, and we enjoyed the clean and large swimming pool.

The check-in staff was horribly rude. We were there first but he helped 2 other people before us. The sign said lunched was served until 2:30 and it was 2:20 and he wouldn't help us. We were unable to make spa reservations in that hotel (the whole reason for coming to that hotel) so we had to go to somewhere else! I still can't believe it. Our room looked like a storage room for large pieces of furniture - too much!

The staff not knowing the details of the Booked.net, they did not have the room that matched the online information and asked us what the price was.
