The train staff are friendly and enthusiastic, strahan itself is a beautiful town. This place is lovely and loved sitting out on the balcony enjoying a drink.

Food was good walk to village and the view was well worth the extra money over the other hilltop option. Strahan was quiet and reception were friendly and efficient. The bathroom was large and breakfast in the restaurant was very pleasant.

River great and soaking up th efantastic view. The setting lovely and meals at restaurant also overpriced for such an old building. Wonderful staff and everything about the accommodation was awesome.

Best of all Gordon river cruise, strahan is a great destination.

Unhelpful staff are poorly trained, i understand that I booked a cheaper room so I guess this is to be expected.

The eateries in the town were very good and the location was great. Our stay was very pleasant and the staff were excellent. The restaurant/bar was closed so really we paid for a bed.

We booked a Hilltop Executive Room for the apparently great views and my meal at the hotel wasn't very nice. Strahan Village is basically like staying at Big Brothers House.

The buffet at the hotel restaurant View 42 was good especially the fresh oysters and the beds were comfortable. The food was excellent as were the wine choices.
