  Loved the fireplace in the room and the friendliness of the staff, great restaurants. Well worth the spa.

  Overall, very poor service and extremely uncomfortable mattress. Bad choice.

  The room was incredibly clean and the beds were comfortable, service was very efficient at the front desk, not in the restaurant, we also booked spa treatments were excellent.

  We loved the location, just a peasant scenic drive and the entry to the hotel was lovely. Town houses were great, staff was super friendly & and checkout the following day was quick and easy. Room size was nice, food was excellent and the spa was clean and modern.

  Great staff in all areas and the spa is one of the best on the East Coast and definitely top 10 in the country. The hotel is beautiful, the indoor, outdoor pool and hot tub are all well maintained and clean.

  The rooms are comfortable and the views are outstanding, lots of good places to eat locally. The spa services are excellent and the mineral bath, hot tubs, and waterfall are wonderful. The facilities are great.

  Children loved the heated outdoor pool and the outdoor play area, spa facilites are excellent and the 2 restaurants provide top quality food and drink. Staff is great, the gardens are very attractive and well cared for.

  Overall a good stay, nice lobby and spa was incredible, front staff pleasant. The rooms were exceptionally clean, we especially liked the fireplace that had a timer and the buffet meals for our group were absolutely fabulous.

  The place was spacious and the hotel itself is well kept and cozy, great service you get because of Justin the manager, rooms could be updated. The spa is sooooooooo inviting.

  Hotel in an excellent position on mountain road, amazing spa services and the concierge was VERY friendly and personable. Room was very nice and charlie's restaurant was staffed by very pleasant and helpful individuals.
