  Nice location, best Price In Town and this place makes Motel 6 look luxurious. The staff is friendly and the lobby is pretty, the rooms need to get updated more color.

  The personnel is very rude and no printing services the computer is slow as dirt.

  Great location and a nice place. Best price we could get was 60 and the staff were friendly; the lobby was beautiful. The wedding reception was on the third floor and was not bad, internet worked well. The bar was cozy and the bartender and patrons were all friendly, the sheets were dirty.

  The elevators were noisy and the doors rattled, the restaurant was closed breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  Proximity to the Dallas fort worth airport, the lobby is the only nice thing about this hotel and staff is really friendly. The rooms are big.

  Hot tub area, excellent Hotel and the Rooms were nice and made you feel like home. The price was reasonable, the lobby was great and the staff were pleasant and helpful. My bed was comfortable and the food was fine, well prepared.

  The worst hotel ever and good Price. The lobby was nice as well as the front desk people that were working late, most of the staff were great and the water was lukewarm at best.

  Very hospitable, great stay, romantic European Style and the staff treated us very nicely. The hot water barely works, very good food.

  Broken elevators, pillows too old.

  First appearance, hotel was very nice going to room and the guys at reception were fine.

  The bath tub was scary dirty, rude staff, roaches, food left in the hallways,uncovered and not picked up.

  Various extended stay hotels in the downtown Dallas area, great Service and the price was reasonable and than we had to book two different rooms cuz the second nite we had kids.
