The hotel staff were friendly, English-speaking, and helpful. Great facilities including a big swimming pool and well-equipped gym. Free shuttle to the ski lift. Rich choice of delicious meals. Wellness center with jacuzzi and sauna.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, as it was very close to the ski lift in Campitello. The staff provided excellent service, from the room service to the housekeeping. The hotel even offered a free shuttle service to the ski lift, making it incredibly convenient for guests. The amenities were top-notch, with a big swimming pool and a well-equipped gym. I particularly enjoyed the delicious meals offered at the restaurant, with a wide range of options available.
This hotel is highly recommended for families.

A great location for a solo ski trip! It only takes a short shuttle ride to get to the lift. The hotel itself is lovely, with clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful, and breakfast and dinner offer a range of tasty options. The heated boot racks in the ski room are a great advantage for ski lovers.
Wi-Fi is somewhat limited, with poor reception in certain areas of the hotel.

During my Xmas stay, I enjoyed the proximity to the ski lift and the free shuttle service, which made it easy for us to hit the slopes on time. Breakfast and dinner were included, and there were plenty of food options to choose from, which was a definite plus. The highlight of my stay was the relaxing wellness center with a pool and a sauna, perfect after a day of skiing.
