I have to admit that sizes of the rooms differ but most rooms are incredibly large, many have a seperate hallway, a seperate toilet, huge bathroom and huge bedroom.

I didn't spend much time in the room, but the bathroom was quite clean, and there was a cute little rubber ducky for the bath!

The room was comfortable and modern and the public areas were also tastefully furnished and decorated.

There in no air conditioning, and in the summer the rooms can get extrodinarily hot because of the poor ventilation.

Charming and friendly young lady at reception, large comfortable room.

There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The breakfast is a huge buffet, with all sorts of options.

The staff were very professional, and the restaurant and courtyard were very nice.

There was champagne available at the breakfast, and I thought it was a nice touch, although I was not personally interested in partaking at such an early hour.

There is fresh fruit placed out for one to take along, if there is too much time to kill before lunch or dinner.

Pleasant and helpfull staff at the reception desk, luxury bathroom.

Location was central to Mannheim, the staff at the reception was very friendly.

Plusses for the extremely helpful front desk staff when we arrived late.

Rooms are always immaculate and clean, the service is excellent, staff is friendly and professional, breakfast is outstanding.

Guests get free use of a gorgeous gym / spa which is about a 5min drive down the road.

The lobby was better than many hotels, and it seemed somewhat grand or luxurious, opening to high ceilings, a garden cafe' straight ahead, and the restaurant to the right.

Housekeeping left old trash from previous guest and no towels.
