We recently spent a luxurious weekend at a 5-star hotel that met all our exclusive amenities needs. The indoor and outdoor swimming pools, sauna, and spa centre were exceptional, providing a truly relaxing experience. The sun terrace and garden area were perfect for unwinding with picturesque views. The restaurant offered a delicious buffet breakfast and both the bar and lounge areas were great places to unwind in the evenings.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was with the service. Although mostly friendly, at times it was slow and slightly inefficient.

All the colours in the hotel are bright modern elegant furniture wonderful decorated room with elegant bathroom, big shower and separate toillete excellent breakfast buffet very helpful and friendly staff

Span new hotel which easily merits in 5 star status. All staff members and in particular those in front of house roles were the best I have ever encountered - helpful, pleasant, good humoured and could speak english - which is a relative rarity in that distant part of Germany.

A minor quibble - but more attention could be given to all aspects of service around the pool area

The hotel's location is an advantage as it is right at the beach and on well-groomed grounds along the main beach promenade. Some rooms have a good view of the Baltic Sea. An excellent breakfast with a rich choice of local and international food is available. The SPA facilities of the hotel, including a swimming pool, are extremely good.

The service in the restaurants falls short of expectations and could be improved.

The hotel had a great view of the sea and the breakfast was lovely. The rooms were spacious and had a balcony which was great for enjoying the sun. , the hotel was conveniently located close to the beach and other local attractions.

The service was not very good. The staff wasn't very friendly and didn't go out of their way to make our stay enjoyable.

The location of this hotel is perfect with the beach just a few minutes away. We loved the clean room, facilities, and ample parking. The breakfast was fantastic and the staff were very friendly.

Great location, delicious breakfast, and beautiful spa area are the three things we enjoyed the most at this hotel. The location is perfect for a romantic escape, with stunning views and easy access to the beach. The breakfast buffet exceeded our expectations, with a variety of options for every taste bud. We also loved the spa area, where we could relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The rest of our experience was not as pleasant. The room we had was outdated and in need of renovation.
