The location is a 10 minute walk along the lake to central downtown Zurich.

Very good location, all over a nice hotel and the staff was most friendly and helpful.

The tram is only 2 blocks away and directly leads to the downtown area.

Didnt have our reservation on check in, uncomfortable bed, nice enough bathroom, good view, room felt uncomfortable and cold.

The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was stylish and modern without being small and cramped.

We stayed in a double with a queen bed overlooking the lake -- be sure to ask for the lake view rooms as the scene of the lake, with snow-capped mountains in the distance on a clear day, is beautiful.

The room was spacious, spotless, and had a lovely bath with oversize tub.

Front desk staff were helpful and the bed was very comfortable.

In some cases, the restaurant / bar staff appeared to be overwhelmed with providing for large business groups, to the neglect of their regular customers.

We ate in the restaurant for dinner and had room service the other night and the food was very good.

The breakfast buffet was more than acceptable as was the service.

Breakfast hearty and comprehensive, interent access via wi-fi fast, though pricey.

Breakfast was quite extensive- many options to choose from.

The reception staff were magnificent, the food was very good.

The staff is so accomodating, the concierge could not have been more charming and helpful, the rooms are modern.

From the beginning reception after a long flight from Dallas to a warm good bye with the staff remembering my name, the Bellerive au Lac makes for a perfect stay in Zurich.

The front desk provides 24 hour tram pass (~7CHF) that allow you to hop on any tram throughout the day if you didn't want to figure out the tram ticketing process.

The rooms are impeccable, not Four Seasons plush; but so comfortably Swiss, clean, and modern.
