This hotel is a great value for your money. The rooms are clean and maintained properly, with basic amenities and tea and coffee making facilities in working condition. Its location right downtown in a crowded area above a supermarket and at the centre of the shopping area is very convenient. The staff provides great service and attention to detail. The breakfast served has great Indian food.

Is there any possibility in future to give us 2 separate bills.I request for it but deny. I am on officially duty for 1 night only. The other night is on my own. Other Hotel that I have stayed provide that separate bill service to enable me to claim what is official especially if you are travelling during weekends.

This hotel is conveniently located near numerous shopping centers and is easily accessible by shuttle bus or public transportation. The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean with good restaurant options for lunch or dinner that serve fragrant Indian rice and briyani.

The receptionist seemed unresponsive to guests who just arrived.

The restaurant is not adequate to hold the guests, the service and the attitude of the person who was cooking up omlette was very bad .Need to improve on their service.

The staff is friendly and professional. I got upgraded to a better room without extra charge.

I only had hot shower in the bathroom... They tried to fix it twice but it didn't work. There is no business center in the hotel.

During our Easter stay, we found two great aspects of this hotel that stood out, despite its slightly worn appearance. the location was very convenient, with easy access to some major shopping malls and dining areas. the staff were incredibly helpful, going out of their way to assist us during our stay. we appreciated the fact that the hotel provided complimentary WiFi, which was very helpful to stay connected during our trip.

We did have a few complaints during our stay. the rooms were quite small and did not have a lot of natural light, making them feel dark and cramped.

The personnel of the hotel was so kind to let us check in earlier than official checkin time.

I prefer to use internet in a hotel without additional payment.

It is a very nice hotel with good comfort, It is in hot of KL so you can make easy reach for shopping, central etc.

The location of Star Points Hotel is fantastic, with plenty of nearby places of interest. We had the flexibility to come and go as we pleased for our business activities. The walkability to food places and malls was a huge plus. It made exploring the area convenient and enjoyable.

This hotel is located right in front of a bustling bazaar and is situated in the heart of the city. The convenience of being in little India near Masjid James metro station is unbeatable. Moreover, the hotel is located above a supermarket, making it easy to grab any necessities. The rooms are clean and well-maintained, with a pleasant air freshener. I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms, as they provided ample space to relax. Additionally, the breakfast served at this hotel is simply delightful, with a wide variety of delicious Indian dishes.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was great.

I love love staying at this hotel. So far this has been my second time. The Manager who attended my check in were so proffesional and courteous. Staff were very friendly and helpful with our check in and check out. This hotel has been a hassle free for us. We definitely would come to stay here again. Rooms were super spacious and comfortable. Nicely decorated as well. Thumbs up!
