The other nice thing about the location is that, being right by the river, there are numerous restaurants situated nearby with lovely views of the Danube and Pest.

Superb location close to the chain bridge and the Hotel is located in a very easy accessible part of Budapest.

Great location, really the best located hotel in Budapest and the excellent helpful front desk.

A taxi from the airport costs approximately 20 euros or $30+, but we took bus 200 from right outside the airport terminal to the train station (very seedy) and then picked up the blue metro line- M3- direction Ujpest-Kospont.

Also don't let the airport tell you to get a taxi it is really easy to take the bus and tube to get there.

The rooms are suites and our room had a good sized bedroom and bathroom with a lounge bigger than the one at home!

The rooms were very large (sitting room and bedroom), and there was plenty of space for the extra bed for our teen (cot).

The suites were amazing; two large rooms with comfortable furniture and a TV in each room, plus a good bathroom.

You just have to realise that there are not really other facilites on-site (bar/restaurant) but the backstreets near the hotel are full of good food and drink.

The breakfast room is in the right hand side of the lobby and is spread around the hotel bar!

Would recommend the Shakespeare Restaurant for a meal.

Not sure if you could class it as 4*, rooms were nice but a little basic, breakfast and dining area acceptable but certainly not memorable.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming and spoke very good English.

The helpfulness and hospitality of the staff on the front desk cannot be stressed enough - they were a huge help and only laughed a little at our feeble attempts at their language!

Hotel also offers spa and gym if you have the time or inclination.

The location is very good, save parking places available and the lobby is modern.

The steam, sauna and gym were very clean and very enjoyable.
