Beautiful foyer & bar area and the location of the hotel was very good.

Good location - walking distance into main shopping and quiet room central place.

Fairly easily found by driving & own car park available, excellent location for Genova Boat Show was purpose of our visit and was happy to help we need ladies stuff.

Distance from the old town and port : a quarter of an hour , on foot.

Very close to Brignole Train station and close to new city center.

The room was clean and a decent size, the bed was one king size mattress (as an oppose to the usual two single mattresses together) it was VERY comfortable and there's a choice of 6 different types of pillow!

The receptionist, obviously already expecting our wish to change rooms, then put us into a bigger room with tub.

Furthermore the bed was very nice, staff in the restaurant were excellent.

The rooms are small, but clean, quiet, with a number of amenities (including wonderful sheets) and great bathrooms.

Room was smallish , but beds comfortable.

The breakfast is excellent as is the restaurant in general (though on the expensive side); we particularly like the risotto.

Very happy with the restaurant - good choice at breakfast (don't miss the focaccia bread!

The food in the hotel looked to be very expensive, so I chose not to eat there, however, there is a great chinese restaurant to the left of the train station.

The location was great - within walking distance of the Brignole Train Station and many shops and restaurants.

Conveniently on the edge of the Old City, close to good restaurant.

Bar area was fine, drinks fairly expensive but only had 1 or 2 at end of the day so no problems, but service was a bit slow due to minimal staff.

Excellent reception staff , overall efficient general staff.

As for the staff on the front reception desk, we found them very unhelpful to foreigners.

In addition the services are exceptionally good.

Free PC with internet in the lobby to check email.

Parking garage under the hotel was an advantage, although pricey at Euro 18/night.

Nice price regarding to the discounts they have, the lobby is recently done up.

Room was clean & tidy with modern decor - high floor is best for views and avoiding traffic noise.

Staff very helpful and clean comfortable room.

Additionally the room was clean and comfortable, breakfast included & quite good.

Wonderful hotel, spacious room, clean and modern.
