  The new room decor was tasteful and elegant, the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable beds i've ever slept in.

  View and ambiance of an old grand hotel, staff very helpful. Comfortable bed and loved the bar. The service exceptional and the food gourmet and cascades served a good steak dinner.

  An historical setting in some rather grand architecture, instead we received the worst service in our life and our room was in Manor Hall and was lovely.

  We loved the view from our window, comfortable hotel and beautiful building. The staff were great, the bed was super comfy and clean, the restaurant was fantastic and the servers knew everything about the dishes.

  The views were fantastic as were the drinks at the bar and the trout hash for breakfast, decor was tasteful and appropriate. Staff were very friendly and accommodating, shower was great and the food was delicious and the service was attentive.
