  The location was good, this hotel was excellent and com at a great price made even better. Staff were attentive and helpful, the Receptionist's attitude was very pleasant, friendly and obliging, the suite we had was very spacious and well equipped. The buffet breakfast was superb.

  The lobby was freezing cold, bathrobes were old, very worn and not appealing to use at all, a chipped wine glass, only 1 knife did not really measure up.

  Nicely placed in the city, finally car rental advice to drive back to sydney and staff are friendly and helpful is a lush hotel. The suites are quite nice.

  Taxi cabs unreliable even theya re booked in advance, the gym is really tiny and has very few equipments.

  Location & excellent service and good hotel. Price compArable, staff veyr helpful and the concierge was great. Room was very comfortable and the fruit was delicious.

  The breakfast was disappointing and was quite expensive for was, the music in the gym was loud and the gym machines were noisy and woke us up.

  The location is perfect and a great place to stay and the kids are more than welcome. Staff are cooperative and welcoming, the gym is OK and the pool is quite nice.

  Taxi cabs unreliable even theya re booked in advance, the heating/ cooling system is very noisy and kept us awake, the food is quite disappointing, badly presented.

  Location near excellent cafes/restaurants, decor nice and overall, a good evening away from home. Friendly and helpful staff, the big rooms, jacuzzi and sauna looked great. The breakfast was superb as was the breakfast service.
