  The location could not be better, rather cool Reception dragged "Hotel staff" above down from "Excellent" to "Good and a shower recess is much more user friendly.

  Great location and good quality. Well appointed staff and services, very nice shower, also at the breakfast some of the hot food was cold.

  The elevators were too old and everybody complained that was too slow, concierge were useless.

  I loved the quiet area near the water fountain, excellent hotel and jodie at Reception was delightful. My room was very comfortable and the food was delicious. Spa was mostly good.

  The bed was comfortable and the view form the window was amazing, the hotel staff were excellent, friendly and helpful, the service was always excellent. The bathroom was nicely appointed and buffet breakfast was good.

  Location, staff were helpful and friendly, room service was generally a high quality, and Rickshaw's was amazing, the bed in particular was super comfortable. Buffet breakfast was the best i have experienced, pool was at a good temp.

  Cocktail bar area great, clean and fresh, fantastic Stay, all staff were extremely helpfull and polite at all times. The bed was excellent and service in the TGs restaurant was fast and efficient.

  Location fantastic, great Hotel and very relaxing and the wonderful staff. Hot room cold food.
