The hotel’s history dates back to 16th century. It has been restored and opened up in August 2000, and today Stallmästaregården is a modern restaurant and hotel with banqueting and conference facilities.
The hotel is composed of 49 beautifully decorated rooms in Swedish style equipped with all modern conveniences. The rooms range from standard and deluxe rooms to executive etage and Haga suites.
The hotel has some onsite restaurants and bars: Les Bougainvillees serving international and local dishes, the Pool Restaurant specialized in barbecue luncheons, Bar Le Colonne, Bar Barracuda, Pool Bar as well as Waerdshuset serving Swedish cuisine and Uteverandan situated by the Lake Brunnsviken.
The hotel offers spa and wellness services. Besides it has a gym, the pool, Jacuzzi and sauna as well as aerobics and spinning classes.

The executive Etage has a bedroom on the upper floor and living room on the bottom and Haga suites have a bedroom and living room on the same floor and have the water views.
