The staff were friendly and helpful during my Christmas stay. The location was convenient for exploring the town and public transportation was easily accessible. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast spread was diverse and tasty. I also appreciated the underground parking option for a small fee.

The outdated bathroom facilities in the room, which could use some modernization. the temperature in the room was uncomfortably warm, and there was no fan available for relief.

Conveniently placed when driven from UK tp park car and use public transport into Cologne Frechen a pleasant little town in itself.

Found the rooms tired and the towels oc very poor quality for a 4* Hotel, staff helpful but roome very basic - would not recommend.

Personnel very friendly and helpful. Speak good English. Gave suggestions of places to eat nearby and found a very good restaurant (Croatian) with equally friendly staff and excellent food..

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, as it is situated in the western suburbs of Cologne and just a short walk away from the tram that can take you into the center of the city. This made it incredibly convenient for exploring all the attractions and sights.

In short, I would definitely recommend this hotel to my family.

Very good stay at the Frechener Hof

Quiet location, modern facilities.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the western suburbs of Cologne. The location was perfect, with just a five minute walk to the tram that could take us right into the city center. The room was spacious and very clean, with comfortable beds and a lovely bathroom. The service was exceptional, with friendly staff who were always willing to help. The breakfast was superb, with a good choice of continental food. We also appreciated the underground parking for a small fee.

The hotel had great facilities including secure underground parking at a reasonable cost. It was conveniently located less than five minutes from the local tram station making it easy to get into the city. Additionally, the hotel's location in the western suburbs of Cologne meant that it was nice and quiet. The breakfast was delicious and had a good selection of continental food. What a fantastic stay! We loved the convenient location close to shopping centers and restaurants. The hotel had a beautiful old style mixed with modern amenities, which made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Our favorite amenities were the secure garage and the plentiful breakfast selection, including freshly sliced fruit. Plus, the staff were all friendly and helpful, making our stay even more stress-free.

Although our stay at this hotel was overall amazing, there were a few drawbacks. the room was a little too hot and stuffy, but that's due to the humid weather.
