The hostel had free wi-fi, which was a rare find in New Zealand. We also loved their friendly staff who went out of their way to assist us. The location was great, as it was just across the beach and we enjoyed taking romantic walks along the shore.

Sadly, the rooms were a bit cramped and felt claustrophobic for a romantic getaway. the noise levels could be high due to the small size of the hostel.

The security cameras around the property made me feel safe, and the on-street parking in front of the hostel was convenient. I had a great experience and would recommend this place.

stables lodge backpackers in napier was amazing! helen, the manager, went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and catered to my needs. she even ensured i had a quiet room during my recovery from surgery. the service was excellent and the staff truly cared about their guests. i will definitely be returning and recommending them to others.

We had a fantastic stay at this little hostel just around the corner from the beach. The atmosphere was great, and the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We met some wonderful people during our stay and enjoyed the clean and comfortable facilities. It was a nice touch to have free fruits available every day, and the wifi was excellent. The music playing outside added to the pleasant ambiance. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcome. This will definitely be our go-to place whenever we're in town.

I recently stayed at a backpackers lodge in Napier and had a great experience. The room at the lodge was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The owner was very friendly and the atmosphere in the kitchen was warm and welcoming. I especially enjoyed the lovely outdoor seating area in the central courtyard. The location of the lodge was also excellent, providing easy access to the town.
